According to the Mental health Foundation, 74% of UK adults have felt so stressed over the last year, that at some point they have become overwhelmed, or unable to cope.

This year’s theme for Stress Awareness Month is Regaining Connectivity, Certainty and Control.

Research has shown that 65% of people in the UK have felt more stressed than ever this since the Covid-19 restrictions began last March. The causes are all linked to the feelings of disconnection, the uncertainty we have all faced, and a loss of control.

Those of us in business have the extra stress of keeping that business viable.
